Zinc Coating Specifications
We process input material into galvanized strip steel with zinc coatings ranging from 50 to 1,200 g/m², corresponding to coating thicknesses of 3.5 µm to 84 µm. Our high-performance slitting lines handle strip thicknesses from 0.95 to 6.00 mm in widths of 20-1,650 mm.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
In continuous hot-dip galvanizing, pre-cleaned steel strip is welded end-to-end and continuously passed through a molten zinc bath. The steel surface is evenly wetted with zinc on both sides, with stripping jets ensuring constant layer thickness and homogeneous surface structure. After cooling and surface finishing, the galvanized strip is cut to length and coiled for delivery.
