G550 ASTM A792 GL Steel Coil is a full hard galvalume steel product featuring 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating. This specialized coating combines aluminum's physical protection and durability with zinc's electrochemical protection, creating superior corrosion resistance for demanding applications.

AZ150 indicates that in the triple spot test per EN 10346 standard, the minimum total coating mass on both surfaces is 150g per square meter. Equivalent to Total Both Sides in ASTM A792 standard is 0.50 oz/square foot.

AZ150 coating features single surface thickness of 18 microns and double surface thickness of 36 microns. The coating alloy composition is 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silica.
