Coating Composition & Properties
Aluzinc steel coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon applied through continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. This unique composition provides excellent corrosion resistance through aluminum's barrier effect and zinc's sacrificial protection.
