The IS61WV5128Axx and IS61/64WV5128Bxx are ultra-high-speed, low-power, 524,288-bit 8-bit CMOS static RAM devices. Manufactured using ISSI's high-performance CMOS process, these devices combine innovative circuit design technology to deliver both high performance and low power consumption.
When CE is at a high level (not selected), the device enters standby mode, reducing power consumption to CMOS input levels. Available in various packages including 36-pin 400 mil SOJ, 36-pin mini BGA, and 44-pin TSOP(Type II).
