The AT24C01C/02C provides 1024/2048-bits of Serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 128/256 words of eight bits each. These devices feature a cascading capability allowing up to eight devices to share a common 2-wire bus. Optimized for industrial and commercial applications requiring low power and low voltage operation, they are available in space-saving packages including 8-lead PDIP, SOIC, TSSOP, UDFN, SOT23, and VFBGA, operating from 1.7V to 5.5V VCC.
