3 Description

The OPAx376-Q1 series represents a new generation of low-noise e-trim™ operational amplifiers, offering excellent DC accuracy and AC performance. This device features rail-to-rail output, low offset voltage (maximum 25μV), low noise (7.5nV/√Hz), 950μA of static current (maximum), and 5.5MHz bandwidth, making it highly attractive for various precision and portable applications. Additionally, OPA376-Q1 has a wide power supply voltage range and excellent PSRR, thus being well-suited for applications directly powered by batteries without the need for regulation. OPA376-Q1 (single-channel version) is available in MicroSIZE SC70-5, SOT23-5, and SOIC-8 packages. OPA2376-Q1 (dual-channel) is available in SOIC-8 and VSSOP-8 packages. OPA4376-Q1 (quad-channel) is available in TSSOP-14 packages. The rated operating temperature range for all device versions is –40°C to +125°C.
