The heated fluid path module is an integrated thermal control unit designed to maintain optimal adhesive temperature inside a piezo jet valve. It ensures precise and stable jetting of high-viscosity or temperature-sensitive materials such as hot-melt adhesives, silicones, waxes, and thick resins. By uniformly heating the internal fluid channel, the module reduces material viscosity, enhances flow consistency, and minimizes nozzle clogging.
