How it works 

Syringe load & temperature: install syringe cartridge; enable heated sleeve if needed to reach target viscosity.
Recipe & alignment: load or create dispense recipe; vision aligns part to fiducials.
Dispense action: metering head deposits dots/beads per programmed path while motion stage executes trajectory.
Verify & log: vision inspects deposits; batch data and recipe logs saved for traceability.


How to choose

Adhesive type: use heated sleeve and piston/peristaltic pump for filled or thixotropic adhesives; choose piezo/valve for nano‑dots.
Placement tolerance: select vision alignment for tolerance <0.05 mm.
