The double-arm drop impact tester is designed to assess package impact resistance during transportation and handling. It evaluates the impact strength of packages and the rationality of package design under real-world conditions.

Operation Specification

Turn on the power switch (power light will illuminate). Ensure the two wings are in horizontal position before proceeding.
Place test sample on the wings using a clamp. All personnel must stand outside the safety line.
Press the up button to raise wings to desired test height, then press stop button.
Press drop key to initiate free fall test. Record sample condition after impact.
Repeat process for additional tests on different surfaces, angles, or edges as required.

Important Safety Note: Only trained professionals may operate this equipment. Never stand on the workbench during drop tests - this is extremely dangerous.
