Drop Tester Machine
Double-arm drop impact tester is mainly used to assess the degree of impact of the package in the actual transportation, loading and unloading process, and to assess the rationality of the impact strength and package design of the package during handling.
Operation specification
1.Turn on the power switch and the power light is on (in this case, it is forbidden for any personnel without professional training to enter the yellow cordon to do any relevant test operation, which is very dangerous). Check whether the two wings are in the horizontal position, otherwise use the hand board to the horizontal position;
2. Place the test sample on the two wings with a clamp; all stand outside the safety line.
3. Press the up button slightly to raise the two wings to the desired test height. Press the stop button again to stop the rise.
4. Press the drop key to test the free fall of the object, the test is completed, and record the state of the sample after the drop test;
5. According to the above 2 to 4 test methods for other product testing, according to the required surface, angle, edge free drop test. 6. Note: It is forbidden to stand on the workbench during the drop test! (Danger!)
