- Each decoder accepts 2 address inputs (A, B) and 1 active-low enable input (G)
- When enabled (G = LOW), exactly one of the four outputs is active LOW based on the address code
- When disabled (G = HIGH), all outputs are HIGH
- TTL-compatible input levels for direct interface with TTL or 5V CMOS logic
- Wide operating voltage range: 4.5V to 5.5V
- Balanced CMOS push-pull outputs with high drive capability
