- 5280 logic elements (LUTs) with 660 LAB logic array blocks and 1,171,456 bits of embedded block RAM
- Built-in hardware SPI, I²C, I3C communication controllers with dedicated DSP multiplier-accumulator blocks for signal processing
- Integrated high-speed 48MHz HFOSC and low-power 10kHz LFOSC on-chip oscillators supporting always-on low-power wake-up modes
- 21 configurable general-purpose I/O ports with core supply voltage: 1.14V~1.26V and ultra-low static sleep current down to 35μA
- Compact 30-pin WLCSP/UFBGA package (2.1mm * 2.5mm) with wide operating temperature range: -40℃ to +100℃
- Supports in-system programmable configuration for flexible logic customization, interface expansion, and hardware acceleration
