STPIC6C595MTR 8-Bit Serial-In Parallel-Out Shift Register
The STPIC6C595MTR is a monolithic medium-voltage, low-current power 8-bit serial-in parallel-out (SIPO) shift register in a 16-SOIC package from STMicroelectronics. It integrates an 8-bit shift register, an 8-bit D-type storage register, and low-side open-drain DMOS outputs with 33 V, 100 mA continuous sink-current capability and 250 mA peak current limit at 25°C.
Key features include built-in inductive transient voltage clamping, ESD protection (1.5 kV HBM), and operation from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
