NSIC2050JBT3G is a 20V fixed 50mA constant current regulator (CCR) that drives low-power LEDs for automotive interior lights, signage, and electronic indicators.

NSIC2050JBT3G is a fixed-output constant current regulator (CCR) from onsemi, packaged in SOD-123 format.
- Utilizes self-biased transistor core technology with rated constant output current of 50mA and maximum withstand voltage of 20V
- Features natural negative temperature coefficient characteristics - output current decreases as junction temperature rises
- Low minimum operating voltage drop requires only 1.2V compliance voltage for stable constant current output
- Can function as either high-side or low-side current source independently
- Operating temperature range of -55℃ to +175℃ with current tolerance of ±10%
The device effectively restrains LED thermal runaway and prevents lamp bead burnout under abnormal voltage conditions, delivering stable performance for automotive, industrial, and decorative lighting applications.
