Product Description
PIC10F200T-I/OT 8-bit RISC Microcontroller
Low-cost 8-bit RISC MCU with internal 4MHz oscillator, 512W Flash, 24B RAM, 4 I/O, WDT and 8-bit timer. Low voltage 2.0–5.5V, SOT23 package ideal for small appliances, LED drive and sensor control applications.
Core Functions
  • 8-bit RISC architecture microcontroller with 512-word flash program memory and 24-byte general-purpose RAM, supporting in-circuit serial programming
  • Four general-purpose I/O pins with internal pull-up resistors and fixed 4 MHz internal oscillator eliminating external crystal components
  • Integrated watchdog timer for system fault protection and 8-bit timer/counter with prescaler for timing, pulse counting and periodic interrupt generation
  • Low-power sleep mode reduces static current for energy-saving operation with operating voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V
Typical Applications
  • Small consumer accessories: battery-powered remote controls, toy controllers, LED indicator drivers
  • Household auxiliary modules: power socket overload detection, small appliance button control
  • Industrial miniature sensors: proximity switch signal conditioning, simple pulse acquisition
  • Portable low-power devices: disposable battery-operated test probes, miniature lighting controllers
