MC14541BDTR2G is a surface-mount CMOS programmable timer IC from ON Semiconductor in the 4000 logic series. This device features an internal RC oscillator and 12-stage binary divider, using external RC components to set precise timing periods for industrial, consumer, and automotive applications.
Three programming pins select from 8 frequency division ratios, enabling adjustable delays ranging from microseconds to hours. The IC supports both one-shot delay and free-running square wave output modes, featuring active-low master reset and rail-to-rail CMOS output.
