AP63357DV-7 is a high-efficiency synchronous buck DC-DC converter supporting wide input voltage of 4.5V to 30V and delivering up to 3.5A continuous output current for industrial, communication, consumer, and automotive power supply applications.
Core Functions
- High Efficiency Power Conversion: Integrated low on-resistance power MOSFETs with COT constant on-time control provide fast transient response, low output ripple, and reduced external component count
- Automatic Mode Switching: Seamlessly switches between PWM and PFM modes - PFM improves light-load efficiency while PWM maintains stable output voltage ripple under heavy loads
- Internal Soft-Start Circuit: Suppresses inrush current during startup, prevents input bus voltage sag, and enables multi-channel power supply sequential startup
- Comprehensive Protection: Built-in UVLO undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal shutdown protect both chip and connected loads from undervoltage, overcurrent, and overheating damage
- Compact Packaging: DFN3030-10 surface-mount package is lead-free, halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and ideal for space-constrained PCB layouts
