BD6221F-E2 is a protected H-bridge DC brushed motor driver designed for small portable, household, and automotive micro motors.
Core Functions
- Monolithic H-bridge driver IC dedicated to DC brush motors, integrated with four power MOSFETs to form a complete H-bridge circuit
- Supports bidirectional rotation control of DC motors via two logic-level input pins, enabling forward rotation, reverse rotation, brake stop, and coast stop modes
- Built-in multiple protection circuits including overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection to prevent chip and motor damage
- Low on-resistance power transistors reduce conduction loss, enabling high-efficiency motor driving with minimal heat generation
