Core Functions
- High-side current sense amplifier with integrated precision voltage reference, optimized for low-voltage industrial, portable and battery-powered systems
- Wide input common-mode voltage range from 1.8V to 76V, enabling current monitoring on high-voltage power rails without external level shifting circuits
- Fixed internal gain options (20V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V) eliminate external gain-setting resistors, reducing PCB layout complexity and component error drift
- Low input offset voltage (maximum 150μV) and low input bias current deliver accurate small-current measurement under low shunt resistance
- Built-in 2.5V precision reference output can supply reference voltage to ADCs, comparators and other analog peripherals, saving extra reference ICs
- Low quiescent current (only 120μA typical) minimizes power consumption for battery-operated devices
- Single-supply operation from 2.7V to 5.5V, compatible with standard 3.3V/5V digital control circuits
- Overcurrent detection capability: the reference voltage can be matched with an external comparator to trigger fault signals for overload protection
