Can I get samples? Do you pay for the postage?
We offer free A4 samples. Special designs may require additional samples. Samples under 1 meter are free; larger samples require payment. Customers pay for postage initially, which is refunded with confirmed orders.
What is your MOQ? Can we get small quantity orders?
Minimum order quantity is 1500 meters per type or design. We do accept small quantity orders.
How to start an order?
Provide your fabric requirements including composition, yarn count, width, and confirmed design samples. Orders can be placed online or offline.
What are your payment terms?
We accept L/C, T/T, and Western Union payments at sight.
Can you make our own designs?
Yes, we can create custom designs. While we offer many standard designs, we're happy to produce your unique patterns.
What is your delivery time?
Standard delivery takes 20-25 days after receiving deposit.
