Application Guidelines
Surface Preparation
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of solvents or grease. Low substrate or environmental temperatures may cause early condensation and reduced open time. Preheating may be necessary for optimal results.
Bonding Process
- Operate at 110-120℃ with 1-3 kg pressure
- Maintain pressure for 10-20 seconds to complete bonding
- Final strength achieved after complete crystallization at room temperature (25℃)
