- Waterproof and protective fabric coatings
- Decorative finishes on textile surfaces
- Textile lamination with functional or composite layers
- Interlining bonding and reinforcement applications
- Hot-melt extrusion and industrial coating processes
- Ensure substrate surfaces are clean, dry, and free from solvents or grease. Low surface/environment temperatures may cause premature adhesive condensation and reduced open time.
- Operate at temperatures above 110℃ with 1-3 kg pressure applied to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete bonding.
- After bonding, allow complete crystallization at room temperature (25℃) to achieve final strength.
