1. Ensure substrate surfaces are clean, dry, and free from solvents or grease. Preheating may be necessary for low-temperature substrates.
2. Operate at temperatures above 140℃ with 1-3 kg pressure applied to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete bonding.
3. After bonding, allow complete crystallization at room temperature (25℃) to achieve final mechanical strength.
