Application Guidelines
Designed specifically for hot melt yarn production in textile bonding, seam sealing, and technical fabric applications.
Direction of Use
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from solvent or grease
Operate above 140°C with 1-3 kg pressure for 10-20 seconds
After bonding, achieves final strength after complete crystallization at room temperature (25°C)
Note: Low surface/environment temperature may cause early adhesive condensation and reduced open time. Preheating may be necessary.
