- Ensure substrate surfaces are clean, dry, and free from solvents or grease
- Operate above 140℃ with 1-3 kg pressure for 10-20 seconds
- Preheat adhesive if substrate surface/environment temperature is low
- Final bonding strength achieved after complete crystallization at 25℃
