- Economical formulation optimized for large-scale interlining applications
- Excellent adhesion to common garment fabrics including cotton, polyester, and viscose
- Soft hand feel with excellent fabric drape characteristics
- Medium wash resistance suitable for standard garment care requirements
- Compatible with dot coating, scatter coating, and mesh lamination processes
- Available in multiple particle size options for various application methods
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from solvents or grease. Low substrate or environmental temperatures may cause premature adhesive condensation, reduced open time, or adhesive failure. Preheating the adhesive may be necessary in cold conditions.
Operate at temperatures above 140°C with 1-3 kg pressure applied to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to achieve complete bonding.
After bonding, the adhesive achieves final strength through complete crystallization at room temperature (25°C).
This adhesive powder bonds effectively with common interlining substrates including cotton, polyester, viscose, and their blends in both woven and knitted forms.
- Powder scatter coating
- Dot printing applications
- Mesh lamination processes
