JCC PES granule is a copolyester-based hot melt adhesive specifically engineered for bonding glass fiber materials. This thermoplastic adhesive delivers exceptional adhesion performance, thermal stability, and mechanical strength, making it ideal for composites, automotive interiors, filtration media, and technical textiles requiring glass fiber reinforcement.
With a medium to high softening point and processing temperature of 130-140°C, this adhesive provides both durability and heat resistance. Available in granule form for versatile processing via extrusion, film casting, or powder coating applications.

Application Instructions
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from solvents or grease

- Allow complete crystallization at room temperature (25°C) for final bond strength
Note: Low surface/environment temperature may shorten open time and affect adhesion performance.
