Our Copolyester Adhesive Film (PES) delivers exceptional bonding strength and durability for heat transfer applications. Engineered for stable quality and user-friendly operation, it supports efficient production across various manufacturing environments with both continuous and intermittent processing capabilities.
Function: Bonds different functional layers of reflective materials to create final reflective rolls or sheets.
Typical Structure: Base fabric + hot melt adhesive film + reflective functional layer + surface protective film.
Process: Utilizes heated rollers to melt adhesive film, forming permanent bonds between layers with controlled flowability for optimal performance.
- Eco-Friendly: 100% solid content, no solvents or VOC emissions, compliant with REACH and RoHS regulations
- Efficient Processing: Dry lamination requires no drying ovens, with fast bonding that enhances production efficiency
- Superior Bonding: High peel strength with excellent washability, dry-clean resistance, and durability (-30°C to 100°C)
- Quality Control: Uniform coating with consistent thickness (15-250 μm) and stable storage properties
- Aesthetic Results: Transparent adhesive layer maintains material appearance with bubble-free, smooth laminates
- Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) for sportswear, uniforms, and customized apparel
- Reflective heat transfer film for safety vests and high-visibility garments
