JCC EVA Hot Melt Adhesive Web - Technical Specifications
JCC-W88 EVA Hot Melt Glue Web features polyolefin copolymer base material with excellent bonding performance for difficult-to-stick fabrics including PP substrates. This adhesive web offers low odor, low VOC emissions, and superior aging resistance.

Application Guidelines
- Hot Pressing Required: All applications require thermal activation
- Thin Flexible Materials: Stack with adhesive film, press at 120℃/0.2 Mpa for 12 seconds
- Thick Rigid Materials: Bake adhesive at 120℃ until melted, then bond
- Thin Rigid Materials: Compatible with flat ironing machine pressing
- Surface Preparation: Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean and dry
Storage & Handling
- Store in cool, dry environment (0-30℃, ≤70% relative humidity)
- Protect from direct sunlight, rain, heat sources, and pressure
- Maximum stack height: 3 layers to prevent compression
- Shelf life: 12 months from production date
