Application Methods
Lamination in HTV / Film Production

During production, PES adhesive film is laminated with PVC, PU, PET, or reflective/color layers to form heat transfer films with an adhesive backing. This process is usually carried out with laminating or coating equipment, ensuring uniform adhesive distribution and consistent bonding performance.

End-Product Heat Transfer Process

The finished HTV is cut into desired graphics or letters, and excess parts are peeled away. The design is placed onto the fabric and pressed with a heat press machine under controlled temperature, pressure, and time. The PES film remelts during heating and, after cooling, bonds firmly to the textile fibers.
