- Glass Surface: Must be clean and dry - remove grease, oil, or silicide contamination using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) wipe followed by lint-free cloth drying
- ABS Plastic: Clean with IPA wipe - PUR hot melts are non-corrosive and safe for ABS materials
- Optional Enhancement: Plasma treatment for maximum bond strength in critical applications
- Melting Temperature: 100°C - 130°C (212°F - 266°F) using dedicated PUR applicator systems
- Open Time: 30-120 seconds for proper assembly positioning
- Curing Time: 24-72 hours for full strength development through atmospheric moisture reaction
