Soft Polyamide Hot Melt Adhesive Resin for Shoe Interlining and Lamination

JCC-PA 2080 is a modified copolyamide resin supplied as light-yellow granules for shoe interlining and lamination. With 100% solids, it melts quickly and flows into the fabric before setting to a flexible, reliable joint.

The resin stands up to water, dry cleaning and oil, and it bonds textiles, leather and several polymers, which makes it a good fit for shoe lining, heat transfer printing and hot melt yarn.

Technical Data

Working With It

1. Dry the resin and substrates before processing.
2. Apply a uniform layer by coating or scattering.
3. Set with the temperature and dwell suited to the interlining.
4. Cool under light pressure to lock the bond.
