High-Bonding PA Polyamide Hot Melt Adhesive Powder for Leather Shoe Bonding

This fine polyamide (PA) powder, grade JCC-PA 2080, is made for bonding leather and shoe materials by powder scattering or dot coating. It melts between 80 and 90 C, so heat-sensitive leather is not damaged during pressing.

A short open time of 10-15 seconds supports fast conveyor speeds, and the cured line stays strong and flexible so the shoe keeps its shape through wear.
