JCC PES copolyester hot melt adhesive web is engineered specifically for automotive headliner lamination. This nonwoven-style copolyester web forms solvent-free, heat-resistant bonding between decorative face fabrics and headliner substrates such as PU foam, PET nonwoven and fiberglass composite boards. Its porous web structure retains excellent air permeability while providing consistent bond strength, effectively minimizing sagging, bubbling and delamination across the full vehicle service life under wide temperature cycling.
Featuring low VOC, low odor and outstanding thermal aging resistance, it meets strict automotive interior environmental requirements. Activated quickly under heat and pressure, the web fits perfectly with continuous high-speed headliner production lines, shortening cycle time and improving lamination yield. Available in customizable basis weight, width and color (white / black).
