Principle

This machine is a fully enclosed wet grinding and dispersion mechanical device that operates continuously. The feeding pump feeds the liquid-solid mixture that has been pre-dispersed and processed into the cylinder from the feeding end. Together with the pre-installed grinding balls, they are cut by the high-speed rotating dispersion plates, causing the solid particles and aggregates in the material to collide and shear violently with the grinding balls, rapidly grinding the material particles fine and dispersing the aggregates In a short period of time, extremely fine fineness and a very narrow particle size distribution range are achieved. The ground and dispersed materials flow out through the dynamic separator and screen ring, while the grinding balls remain in the cylinder.
