NZB Internal Gear Pump Series

This series of pumps adopts the principle of internal gear meshing. The pitch circles of the internal and external gears are close to one side, and the other side is separated by a "crescent plate" on the pump cover. The driving gear on the main shaft drives the driven gear to rotate in the same direction. At the inlet, the gears separate from each other to form a negative pressure and draw in the fluid. At the outlet, the gears continuously engage and mesh to squeeze out the fluid

This pump is suitable for a variety of working applications. The materials it conveys range from light volatile liquids to heavy viscous liquids. It can also adapt to the transportation of high-temperature media. During operation, there is no trapped liquid phenomenon, it runs smoothly, has low noise, is small in size, has a large flow rate, a long service life, and is easy to maintain. The temperature range is ≤125°C
