GZJ-180 series filling machine

Suitable for small-mouthed four-barrel filling, with each barrel weighing 200kg and a maximum weighing capacity of 2000kg for four barrels.
The barrel feeding, discharging and filling are controlled by PLC. The microswitch is used for positioning, the control handle is manually pushed to find the mouth, and the filling is operated by manual buttons.

The filling head is designed to prevent splashing and dripping. During filling, it automatically descends into the bucket opening. If it is not aligned properly, it will automatically return and stand by. Ten groups of formulas can be set and stored. Automatic tare, and the weighing value is displayed instantly. Two feeding speeds: fast and slow. Double protection of emergency stop and power failure; Automatic alarm for out-of-tolerance. Automatic control of the feeding pump function; Manual/automatic selectable; Explosion-proof mark :EXDIIBT6.
