2-Channel Thermally Conductive Oil Slip Ring with 180℃ High-Temperature Resistance, 50mm Large-Diameter Hollow Structure, and Dual-Channel Independent Circulation
The 2-channel thermal oil slip ring is a dual-channel rotary joint specifically designed for high-temperature heat transfer fluids. It features a black aluminum alloy housing with a 50mm inner diameter and a 119mm outer diameter through-hole structure. Equipped with two independent G1/4" interfaces, it is specifically designed for transferring high-temperature heat transfer media such as thermal oil.
It can withstand a maximum pressure of 1MPa, a maximum speed of 150rpm, and an operating temperature of up to 180℃, and has an IP51 protection rating. It is a core component for rotary heating or cooling in equipment such as rubber and plastic machinery, reaction vessels, and hot presses.
- 180℃ High-Temperature Design: Utilizing high-temperature resistant sealing materials and special lubrication technology, it can operate stably for extended periods in high-temperature heat transfer oil environments up to 180℃, eliminating the softening and failure issues common with ordinary seals at high temperatures.
- 50mm Large-Diameter Hollow Structure: The 50mm central through-hole allows heating rods, thermocouples, power lines, or drive shafts to pass through, providing significant flexibility for equipment integration.
- Dual-Channel Independent Circulation: Two independent G1/4" interfaces can be used as the inlet and outlet of the heat transfer oil respectively, forming a complete thermal circulation loop, or for two independent heating zones.
- Excellent High-Pressure Sealing Performance: Under 1MPa pressure and high-temperature conditions, a specially designed rotary seal ensures leak-free long-term operation, guaranteeing production safety and thermal efficiency.
