We are a manufacturer with 30 years' experience in tin can production. We operate five factories including our own metal sheets printing facility.
Tinplate is steel coated with a fine layer of tin, making it a high-quality, safe packaging material. We apply food-grade lacquer inside each tin to prevent corrosion and ensure food safety.
Standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces for normal sizes. Smaller sizes may require larger quantities, especially when printing is involved.
We produce pre-production samples and conduct strict inspections throughout manufacturing to ensure consistent quality.
Beyond standard glossy and matte finishes, we provide crackle, wrinkle, and pear varnishes for unique decorative effects.
We prefer CDR and AI files, but also accept PDF and PSD formats. All artwork should be at least 300 dpi resolution.
