Tinplate is steel coated with a fine layer of tin. It's a high quality safe packaging material for food. A food grade lacquer is coated inside to prevent corrosion and interaction with food products.
Typically 5000 pieces for normal sizes. Smaller sizes may require larger quantities due to printing requirements.
We produce pre-production samples and conduct strict inspections during production.
Yes, we offer crackle, wrinkle and pear varnishes in addition to traditional glossy and matt finishes.
Preferred formats are CDR and AI. PDF and PSD are also acceptable, with resolution no less than 300 dpi.
