This 280L DIY kit 51.2V battery box (202Ah-304Ah) features flexible capacity and stable performance, utilizing high-quality lithium cells capable of achieving 8,000 cycles at 70% discharge depth. The integrated intelligent battery management system (BMS) includes RS485/CAN bus interface and triggers emergency shutdown at millisecond speed in case of failure.
The kit supports 200A continuous bidirectional current capability with pure sine wave output, perfect for driving high-power devices. The IP20 industrial protection grade housing protects battery cells in operating environments from -20°C to 40°C. Certified CE / IEC / UN38.3 / MSDS.
- Prior to first use, inspect the equipment for physical damage, electrolyte leakage, or other hazardous conditions. Any anomalies require immediate discontinuation of operation.
- Do not mix batteries of different models/new and old batteries.
- Working environment 0-40°C (charging), -20-40°C (discharging) (out of range triggers shutdown).
- Immediately cut off the AC/DC switch when abnormal heating occurs.
- Maintain 20-80% SoC for cycle life preservation.
