- Charge Voltage: 12V battery packs should be controlled between 14.2V and 14.6V, and 24V between 28.4V and 29.2V. Overvoltage can damage the battery.
- Depth of Discharge: Discharge should not exceed 80% (e.g., a 100Ah battery should be used at 80Ah) to extend the cycle life to over 4,000 cycles.
- It is recommended to store the batteries at a temperature between -20°C and 45°C with an appropriate state of charge (SOC), and recharge them every three months for long-term storage.
- Use flame-retardant cables for battery connection, with clear positive and negative pole markings to prevent short-circuit hazards.
- When connecting battery packs in series, ensure voltage balance to prevent reverse charging.
