Working Principle
Pressure Reduction: High-pressure liquid refrigerant from the condenser enters the narrow capillary tube. The small internal diameter (typically 0.4–3mm) creates a pressure drop, reducing the refrigerant to low-pressure, low-temperature liquid.
Flow Control: The tube's length and inner diameter are calibrated to match compressor capacity and system load, maintaining stable evaporator pressure.
Evaporator Feed: The cooled refrigerant expands into the evaporator, absorbing heat from the surrounding environment.

A: C11000 (UNS) and T2 (GB) are both electrolytic pure copper grades with ≥99.90% copper content. They are equivalent in performance and widely used in capillary tubes.

A: Yes. We produce tubes with IDs from 0.4mm to 3mm and lengths up to 12 meters. Custom coil weights (5–50kg) are also available.
