SSM 316L sanitary stainless steel tubes are manufactured to the highest surface finish standards for hygienic processing. Both ID and OD polished to Ra ≤ 0.8μm (electropolished option down to Ra 0.5μm), these tubes meet 3A Sanitary and ASME BPE requirements.

• Dual-Side Polished: Both internal and external surfaces polished to Ra ≤ 0.8μm, eliminating bacterial harborage points and ensuring cleanability
• Electropolish Option: Available with electropolished ID finish (Ra ≤ 0.5μm) for critical pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications
• 316L Low Carbon: Full austenitic structure with controlled sulfur content (0.005-0.017%) for optimal orbital welding performance
• Cleanroom Packaging: Each tube end-capped and individually wrapped in cleanroom-grade polyethylene to prevent contamination during transit
