Automated and precise gluing of screw anti-loosening gluing equipment
Core gluing is the "heart" of the entire production process. Through three consecutive steps of feeding and conveying, positioning and clamping, and dynamic gluing, a uniform glue layer coverage on the surface of the screw is achieved.
Feeding and conveying rely on an intelligent material handling system: the pre-treated screws are conveyed to the dividing mechanism by a conveyor belt, and the disordered screws are arranged into an orderly arrangement with equal spacing by rotating the dividing plate (the spacing between adjacent screws is 1.5 times the length of the screw to avoid collision). For long screws longer than 50mm, the equipment will enable a double-pivot conveying device and set support wheels at both ends of the screw to prevent positioning deviations caused by sagging due to self-weight.
