Our PPGL with heavy AZ150 galvalume base and SMP coating is engineered for maximum corrosion resistance in coastal, marine and high humidity tropical environments where standard PPGI would fail prematurely.

Product Overview

The AZ150 coating (150 g/m² of 55% Al-Zn alloy) provides 3-6 times better corrosion resistance than equivalent thickness zinc-only galvanized coating. The aluminum component forms a stable passive layer while zinc provides sacrificial protection at cut edges. Combined with SMP top coating, this product withstands salt spray, monsoon rains and high humidity conditions typical of Southeast Asian coastal regions.
