ASTM B111 C71500 Copper Alloy Steel Heat Exchanger Tube is designed for cooling systems. C71500 is the UNS designation for a copper-nickel alloy containing 70% copper (Cu) and 30% nickel (Ni), commonly known as 70/30 copper-nickel.
This alloy offers an optimal balance of strength, ductility, and fabrication ease, with excellent workability for bending, welding, and forming into complex shapes like tube arrays. The material provides superior resistance to seawater and harsh environments, making it ideal for marine applications.
