Spray Chipping Coat Protects New Vehicles From Alkali Corrosion

Specifically designed to protect vehicle undercarriages from rust and oxidation caused by prolonged exposure to wet ground conditions. Can also be applied to wheel arches and bumpers to prevent stone chips and scratches from road debris. Particularly suitable for protecting new vehicles, seafood transport trucks, salt farm vehicles and machinery against brine corrosion and salt damage.

• Tack-free in 15 minutes for efficient application

1. Use spray gun (nozzle diameter 1.8-2.2mm) at 3-4bar pressure
2. For spot repairs, use stiff bristle brush for full coverage
3. Touch dry: 15min (25℃, RH≤70%)
4. Full cure: 24hrs (avoid water/chemical contact)
5. Recommended thickness: 150-200μm per coat
6. Recoat window: 30min at 25℃

• Maintain ventilation, wear respirator and gloves
• Store at 5-35℃ in shaded area
• Pre-warm material above 15℃ in cold weather
• Pro tip: Avoid pressure washing for 48hrs post-application
