Usage Method

Pretreat the Chassis Surface: Sand areas with slight rust and fill scratches or pits with dedicated putty
Prepare Armor Coating: Fully stir the coating and add thinner if needed according to instructions
Standardize Spraying Process: Use pneumatic spray gun at 0.3-0.5MPa pressure, 30-50 cm from chassis surface
Layered Spraying and Curing: Apply multiple coats with crossing directions, total thickness 1-2 mm
Static Drying and Curing: Park in well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours (up to 72 hours in low temperatures)
