DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

一.Substrate Preparation (Quality Basis):

1. Deep Cleaning: Use a dedicated cleaner (such as isopropyl alcohol) to thoroughly remove all grease and dirt, ensuring a completely hydrophilic surface.
2. Sanding: Sand the surface thoroughly with P600-P800 grit sandpaper until the gloss disappears and a subtle roughness is created to enhance adhesion.
3. Precise Masking: Use high-quality masking tape and protective paper to strictly protect all non-treatment areas.

二.Spraying construction:

1. Shake thoroughly: At room temperature, shake the can vigorously for at least one minute to ensure even mixing.
2. Test spray verification: Test spray on scrap material to check spray quality, aerosol pattern, and color accuracy.
3. Standard spraying:Keep the nozzle 20-30 cm from the workpiece, move the spray can horizontally at a steady speed, and apply thin, multiple coats (2-3 layers),Leave 5-10 minutes between coats (until the surface is no longer sticky).

三.Curing and maintenance

• Touch Dry: Approximately 30 minutes (at 25°C)
• Hard Dry: ≥ 8 hours
• Fully Cured: 24 hours (maximum performance achieved)
• Avoid scratching and contact with chemicals for 72 hours.

WARNINGS:

• Please use in a well-ventilated area and keep clear of any open flames or heat.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• For best results, note that drying can be affected by color and your specific environment. We suggest checking the finish to be sure.
• For specialized substrates (e.g., polypropylene/PP or polyethylene/PE), prior testing on an inconspicuous area or the application of a compatible primer is strongly recommended.
